Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, English, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine interest in the aviation industry (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering engaging training programs for airport employees.
- Conduct research and identify training needs across various airport departments.
- Contribute to the creation of eLearning modules and other training materials.
- Support with the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in Learning and Development.
